As Membership Manager, Chelsea is responsible for curating Formation’s membership, delivering a dynamic work environment and experience, and creating connectivity amongst members and to the Dallas Cowboys organization.
Prior to joining Formation, Chelsea served in a variety of leadership roles at collaborative work spaces throughout North Texas and beyond. Over the last decade, Chelsea has dedicated her career to learning the intricacies of successful collaborative work environments and building communities where entrepreneurs and their businesses thrive.
